ABOUT US

My name is Mario Fortin, and I have been in Costa Rica since 1987. I built my first hotel, the Colibri Paradise, in Cahuita, and since its opening, its reputation and success are continuously growing. The Colibri Paradise is open every day of the year and will continue to be for a long time.

In 1992, I started a project entitled "Villas Exoticas" with the purpose of selling lots and building villas. To this day, 36 lots have been sold, and on these, 21 villas have been built. We have presently 16 lots, from 500 m² to 20 000 m² , for sale.

Finally, we can offer some financing for the purchase of a house. Please contact us for more information.

The COCONUT (Cocos nucifera) and the CHILE PANAMEÑO (Capsicum sp.) are two basic ingtredients used to prepare the food in Limón.
From the Coco extract the milk and oil. The Chile Panameño was used to add flavor to each plate. (Don't burst it, take care!!)
